I'd like to rent out my studio apartment for the summer. It's available after I move out tentatively on May 13th (move-in date negotiable) until the end of July. Rise at Riverfront Crossings is a student luxury housing complex. It's 2 blocks below the post office and therefore walking distance to Ped Mall and anyplace you want to go downtown. There is also an Iowa City bus stop across the street. The apartment complex comes with its own gym, rooftop pool and grill, coffee lounge, studying lounge, arcade and games (pool and table tennis), etc. The apartment itself has its own smart TV, mattress/bedframe, studying nook and loveseat/coffee table. All these came with the apartment when I moved in (more pictures available upon request). The apartment also only allows pets if they are emotional support animals or service animals, and you'll have to provide documentation for that. Let me know if any of you are interested! The only other bill you pay is for electric, and that's about $25-$50 (depending on your own usage ofc). Tenant responsible for utility bills, a $50 application fee and $150 administration fee.
