    What's special

AVAILABLE November 1st. Large L shaped studio (so you get a bedroom area and a living room area), 15th floor, facing south (five windows - very sunny!) on a tree-lined street. Definitely on the larger side, more room than some one bedrooms out there. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a single professional looking to live in a sunny, well maintained apartment with truly generous closets (a total of three), a sleeping area that can accommodate a queens-sized bed and then some and a stand alone kitchen (studio living doesn't mean you sleep next to the stove!). There is fios in the building, the stove is gas (gas and water are included) and there is a built into the wall A/C unit. The building has a 24 hr doorman, elevator and a good-sized card operated laundry room, cameras through the common areas, live-in super runs a tight ship, it is also the only building I lived in where neighbors greet you and say good night in the elevator. The building mostly has nice old ladies and young professionals living in it. You will be conveniently located a five minute walk from the A, C, E, B, D, 1, 2 and 3 train stations and maybe 7 min walk from F and Q and R stations. You'll also be an 8 minute walk from the Lincoln Center and about 15 min walk to the Theater District. The neighborhood has a slew of restaurants and bars and new ones are opening all the time. The building doesn't allow pets (but if you secretly get a cat and don't tell anyone it will probably be ok). You will be five minutes away from Whole Foods and Columbus Circle Shops (Sephora/H&M), Equinox and, of course Central Park. App screening charge of $400. No Broker Fee!
