Our charming house sits on a quiet dead-end street. It's a 3 bedroom 2 bath rambler style home. There is one bedroom for rent. Your bathroom is semi-private as it would only be shared when guests come over to the house otherwise it's all yours! Utilities are not included. We've installed a whole-house water softener system that produces water just as good as Starbucks! Our house is fully stocked with everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. Our backyard has a Ramada with seating that protects you from the sun. We also have a comfy hammock and a large backyard and an outdoor fire pit. Your room will be unfurnished (but can be potentially be furnished if needed); the common areas are furnished. The house has storage for your belongings. Our home is an excellent location to go running or cycling from as there are three nearby parks including the famous and popular Reid Park with the Tucson zoo and Community Center. The house is 10 minutes from downtown including the U of A so it's a cheap Uber or Lyft ride if you want to enjoy the nightlife. We're about 30 minutes to an hour from popular hiking trails in Tucson including Mt. Lemmon and a 10 minute drive to the Tucson River Trail. Parking is outdoors and uncovered in front of the house. There are a lot of parking spots in our large driveway. If you have friends visit and need more space you can always park on street. Two parking spots have shade throughout parts of the day.
