Parking is on the paved driveway. Shares will be considered, but absolutely NO parties or long-term additional guests allowed. NO smoking in the premises; outdoors only if you clean up after yourselves. Lease term is flexible--at least one month, but can be longer (6 months, year, or more). Rent includes all utilities, including DISH network and basic internet (no streaming). If you require streaming internet, you can set it up for an additional charge of $60-$70, plus satellite dish set-up (paid directly to internet company).
