Renter will have to maintain mowing the front yard. The pictures show 90% of the mowing. Driveway is concrete. THIS WILL BE a 6 MONTH to 9 MONTH LEASE THAT ~~may~~ be possible to extend to 10 or 11 months or so. But eventually the house will not be available for rent. I am trying to be "upfront" about this. I am willing to "work with you"...but at some point I will be moving into the house. At appointment, I will show you my gov't ID, and you will show me yours.
