    We're renting our home. All water/utilities/garbage fees are included in the rent price. It's an older home with quirks, warmth, and a sense of intimacy. The large windows fill the space with light throughout the day, and the house feels especially cozy in the mornings and evenings. The high ceilings create a spacious feel. The home would be ideal for: -a single person working remotely with a pet, -a couple, -or a small family looking for a grounded and welcoming place to land. There's an unfinished basement with a washer and dryer, along with extra room for storage. Outside, there's a shed for yard tools, bikes, or overflow gear. Pictures are from a few years ago, there is now a patio space in the back and the front lawn has been replaced with drought resistant flowers and raised beds for planting. What we love most, though, is the neighborhood. This area has experienced significant change over the years, and it carries both history and complexity. If you take the time to know the people around you, you'll discover a community built on resilience, care, and generations of shared history. The neighbors are kind, observant, and deeply connected to the area. It's the kind of place where people still notice each other. A few things worth noting: -This is a duplex-style property with some shared elements. -The garage and parking situation require communication and cooperation with neighbors. -Privacy is not absolute here, and this home is best suited for someone community-minded and respectful of shared spaces. We're looking for someone who values: -older homes with character, -a lived-in and authentic neighborhood, -and the experience of being part of a community rather than simply occupying a space. While each unit is separate, tenants should expect reasonable interaction and coordination with neighboring occupants regarding shared areas and property-related matters. Lease is expected for a 12 month term but can be extended if desired. Our hope is to have a long-term tenant who gets along with neighbors and is respectful to those that have lived in the neighborhood for generations.
