Our kitchen is fully stocked with a new gas stove, new dishwasher, and many appliances - blenders, tea and coffee gadgets, slow cooker, instant pot, sous vide machine and more. The condo has in-unit washer and dryer. We have a balcony with gas grill and comfortable seating for 3-4 to enjoy the nice breeze from nearby Laurel Canyon. Our unit is in a cooperative complex of 44 units. It is important to be quiet and respectful of our nice neighbors and wear a mask when outdoors. The complex has a large private backyard/park which is perfect for kids or spending quiet time. We also have a clean and comfortable pool, but it is not heated in the spring. Only one pet is allowed - a cat, or a small dog under 25 pounds if very well-behaved and fully housebroken. Parking for 1 car is included, but street parking is plentiful for a second car.
