Clairemont (or Clairemont Mesa) is a community within the city of San Diego, California, United States. It has a population of about 81,600 residents and an area of roughly 13.3 square miles (34 km2). Clairemont Mesa is bordered by Interstate 805 on the east, Interstate 5 to the west, State Route 52 to the north, and the community of Linda Vista to the south. The community of Clairemont Mesa can be subdivided into the neighborhoods of North Clairemont, Bay Ho, Clairemont Mesa East, Clairemont Mesa West, and Bay Park. This posting is an attempt to release the house so I can move back south, where I am originally from. Once someone decides that they would like to rent the house, we will turn in a notice to vacate and will be out within 30 days in order for the new tenant to move in. The new tenant will need to sign a 1 year lease directly with the Leasing Company, Mynd. There are two "master" suites with attached bathrooms. Two car garage. One master suite has a sliding glass door to the backyard and built in fireplace!
