I bought this house in 1968, it has been borrowed against to buy another house or make major repairs on this one. it was NOT sold in 1997 for 30,000 dollars. When I bought this house for $16,200.00 in 1968, it was a basic 3 bedroom house. There have been many updates over the years. We are at this time (1/2014) making repairs on the existing structure and improving the general condition of the house.
