Pet Deposit: A refundable pet deposit of $300 is required per household. Pet Rent: Monthly pet rent is $35 per household. Mandatory Insurance: All tenants with pets are required to maintain a Renters Insurance policy that includes a specific rider for pet-related property damage/liability. Proof of coverage is required prior to move-in. 4. TOTAL PRICE TRANSPARENCY (HB25-1090) Monthly Total: Base rent is $2,295. For households with pets, the total mandatory monthly price is $2,330. 5. PORTABLE SCREENING REPORTS Applicants have the right to provide a Portable Tenant Screening Report. If a valid, compliant report is provided, no application fee will be charged. Processing Fee: A one-time application fee is paid directly to Zillow for their third-party screening and background check services. Landlord Disclosure: The landlord receives $0.00 of this fee. This fee is non-refundable by the landlord as the payment is made to a third-party service provider.
