Guests who choose to use spa heating and air conditioning are responsible for utility charges that exceed the monthly allowances listed below. -Gas & Water Up to $100 per month in gas & water usage is included with the rental. Any gas and water charges exceeding $100 per month will be will be deducted security deposit. -Electricity Up to $150 per month in electricity usage is included with the rental. Any electricity charges exceeding $150 per month will be billed to the guest through VRBO end of the month to pay. Copies of the monthly utility bills will be provided to guest as verification of any excess utility charges.
