You will absolutely enjoy this lovingly cared for unit! There is quality laminate flooring in the living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. The two bedrooms have carpet. It has been painted inside to a neutral tone. The kitchen is ready to enjoy and it also includes newer appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a stackable washer and dryer). The bath has been updated too. There is a private balcony off of the dining room and the master bedroom and living rooms both have a wonderful mountain view. Renter is responsible for all utilities. There is a $35 non-refundable application/background fee. There is also a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee. Small pets are permitted, along with a $150 pet deposit. No large animals allowed. Security deposit is refundable at the end of the lease, pending no damage to the property. There is no smoking allowed inside the condo. The air filter needs to be changed every 90 days by the tenant. Duration of the lease is for one year.
