Not only do you get this awesome Elevator/Laundry Building, you also get an INCREDIBLE deal of an apartment. This place is amazing. It's an incredible, GIANT studio with an updated kitchen and bathroom, TONs of space, lots of closets, BULLET POINTS: GIANT SPACE LIVE IN SUPER TONS OF CLOSETS UPDATED KITCHEN UPDATED BATHROOM AMAZING ELEVATOR/LAUNDRY BUILDING FANTASTIC AND QUIET AREA Located on a quiet block in a prime UES location, steps away from the UES Wholefoods, wonderful shops, restaurants, ice cream stores (yum!) as well as a 2 minute walk to the Q train at 83rd and 2nd.
