Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Monthly rent ranges from $2,500 to $3,500 depending on the season and length of stay. *Full Lease Terms Will Be Detailed In Out Rental Agreement* For stays 28+ days: A signed rental agreement, security deposit, and first payment are required to confirm a stay. Rental rates, payment schedules, deposits, utilities, cleaning services, pet fees, trash service, and other applicable charges vary by property and length of stay and will be disclosed before booking. Residents must be at least 25 years old, use the home solely as a private residence, follow the property's occupancy and parking limits, and comply with all community rules. Smoking, unauthorized pets, parties, events, subletting, and unregistered occupants are not permitted. Pets may be considered at select properties with prior approval and an additional agreement. Residents are responsible for maintaining the home in good condition, reporting maintenance concerns promptly, and covering damage beyond normal wear and tear. Periodic cleaning, property inspections, and renter's insurance may be required. Cancellation, early-departure, renewal, and refund terms are outlined in the rental agreement and may vary by booking platform. All lease terms are subject to property availability, owner approval, and the final signed rental agreement.
