No smoking, no pets, and no events allowed, (including but not limited to wedding receptions/rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette groups, anything going over the 12 person max limit),no exceptions will be made. Fireplace access (indoor and outdoor) is prohibited for guest use. The garage is accessible with one EV charger available. An elevator is available upon request (for guests with mobility challenges only please). When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
