This rental currently shares a bathroom with one male tenant The home features three bedrooms in total: one with a private bathroom and two that share a bathroom. There is also a half bathroom located downstairs. Rent is $180 per week with a $360 deposit. Utilities are included in the rent. Electricity is split amongst 3 tenants after $200 Room amenities: bed, TV, Wi-Fi, chest of drawers, ceiling fan. Shares with two male occupants who work as plumbers, quiet and respectful home. Pond up the road great for fishing! Week to week with two week security deposit and first week payment upon signing.
