My great grandfather built this house a century ago and lived the rest of his life here. It has been in our family ever since, and it is deeply personal to us. It is easy walking distance to the University of Michigan's main campus and Michigan Stadium. It is a quick bike ride to the rest of the city. Rent is $4,000 per month with a 1.5-month security deposit. Tenant pays utilities, but we have done everything within our power to minimize that cost. Landlord takes care of landscaping. Tenants responsible for utilities. Owner pays for trash/recycling and handles landscaping. No smoking inside building. Pets are negotiable but cats are not allowed. Renters insurance is required if tenant has a pet. Max of one pet per tenant.
