Our home has been a family place. The eat in kitchen and the family room are together which lets the kitchen crew and anyone doing homework or watching TV be all together. The large covered patio has been a great place for parties, cookouts and family gatherings. The backyard is fenced in which keeps children and pets in the yard. The swing set and the tree swing have been popular and the yard is big enough for a garden, flower beds, and an extra large shed. We have added a sweet gum, a red maple, an aspen, a lilac, a red bud, a white pine and a variety of perennials. Our neighbors have always been friendly and helpful. We will miss our friends, old and new. Bellbrook is a great place to raise a family and has many options for involvement in church and community. It's time for us to move and we hope that the new owners enjoy this home as much as we have.
