Rent Payment Policy Rent is $6,800/month, due by the 3rd of each month (flexible grace period available). Payments accepted via Zelle or Stripe. A $50 late fee applies if payment is not received within 5 days past due date. 3. Security Deposit A $3,000 security deposit is required upon signing.
