D.R. Horton Southern California/Inland Empire Division Broker Referral Policy D.R. Horton America's Builder pays a broker referral fee (commission) if the broker accompanies his or her client (our buyer) on the client's first visit to the D.R. Horton sales office and completes a registration form. The broker's client cannot have previously registered either in person or on D.R. Horton's website, interest list or prequalification list. Additionally, the broker must hold a valid (active) California real estate license as of the date of registration and buyer's close of escrow. If the broker and his/her client visit more than one D.R. Horton community, the broker and the buyer must register in each community. The registration is good for a period of 60 days and may be extended once, for an additional 60 days, if the broker and his/her client visit the sales office together prior to the expiration of the original registration period and execute an extension form.
