Built in 2022 and tucked among towering pines, our cottage offers a unique mountain home in the quiet town of Indian Hills, CO - between Morrison and Evergreen, 20 mins to Denver suburbs, 30 minutes to downtown Denver. There is an RTD express bus from our neighborhood straight to downtown Denver! If you enjoy being surrounded by nature or outdoor adventures, this serene retreat is your gateway to it all. There are deer in the yard almost every day and elk come through from time to time as well. Hiking and biking trails abound, and there are a number of mountain parks within a mile. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality, the cottage is super efficient, keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. This woodland retreat could be your cozy new home! Lease can be 3-12 months. The $200 monthly utility cost covers all utilities, snow removal, wifi, and streaming services. The cottage is fully furnished and has had a "woodland cottage" theme, but we can remove some items to make it less of a theme if the new renter(s) prefers! We share a very large deck, but we have privacy screens that can be put up if you'd like. You are welcome to use the 1 acre yard as well. No pets please, and no smoking inside the cottage. There is plenty of parking. The cottage is to the left of the main house with no shared walls and two private entrances.
