The unique space is located at the back of the main house with its own private entrance and gate. It features 1 bedroom with two queen beds, a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room, a spacious closet, an in-room laundry unit, and an attached bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes an expandable dining table, and central air ensures a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven and stove, toaster, and refrigerator, although there is no dishwasher. The cozy living room offers a queen pull-out couch, a 50" smart TV, and free Wi-Fi, making it the perfect home base for exploring San Diego. Clairemont is a family-friendly area boasting quiet, tree-lined streets while being just minutes away from vibrant shopping centers, diverse dining options, and scenic parks. With easy access to major freeways, it's a central hub for exploring San Diego's beaches, downtown attractions, and other iconic destinations. A peaceful retreat with all the perks of city living! Clairemont is a peaceful, centrally located neighborhood in San Diego, offering easy access to the city's top attractions like the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and beautiful beaches. While it's a quiet and relaxing area, having a car is the most convenient way to explore, as public transportation options are limited. Alternatively, Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around town. With local shops, restaurants, and parks nearby, Clairemont provides a comfortable and well-connected home base for your San Diego adventure. No pets are allowed. Smoking inside the unit is prohibited and will incur a $600 minimum additional odor removal fee. Backyard hours are 8 AM to 10 PM to be courteous to the neighbors and abide by the San Diego City Noise Ordinance. Clean the lint trap before using the dryer and remove makeup before using towels. Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. If you cook, you must reasonably clean the kitchen before you leave, or a $35 service fee will apply. Three additional daytime guests are allowed to visit, but they must leave by 10 PM. A $100 penalty per additional person per night applies if there are more than three guests or if they stay past 10 PM. This home is attached to the main home, but both homes have private entrances and no shared spaces. A trusted partner requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. This policy must be signed to receive check-in information, and it can be done online.
