Furnished - come stay at our house while we travel! -We are looking for a 1-6month lease but we are flexible on the term. -Large, 1acre lot in town- lots of space between neighbors. 2 minutes from Safeway grocery store, Home Depot, Flagstaff Mall, and Mt. Elden hiking and biking trails. 9 minutes from Flagstaff Medical Center -We have been living here for 10 years and have made some significant remodels. This house is a little quirky but works well for our family of 6 (kids 5-10 years old). -Comes with a killer back patio, lots of space (1 acre lot), hot tub, climbing wall, trampoline, and sledding hill. -We are open to pets with an additional deposit (rate depends on type and age of animal) but there is no fenced in area except for a small chicken run apart from the house. -Utilities can optionally be inlcuded for flat $250/mo rate: water, electric, gas, internet, trash/recycling. If utility bills exceed $100 higher than last year, we will charge extra for utilities. Or you can put utilities in your own name.
