Nice half two level half house with large backyard. Convenient to nearby retail and walking distance to South High. Off Street parking available in back of unit. Pets considered on a case by case. We perform background/credit checks on all applicants. Any evictions, theft or sexual misconduct charges will result in immediate rejection. We look for tenants with positive landlord references.
