Hi everyone, I'm looking to sublet my lease in West Philly right near Drexel and UPenn campuses! It's a 2b/2b apartment, you would have your own private bathroom and a wonderful roommate. Apartment is pet firendly but my roomate has 3 cats so pets would have to be cat friendly. As well as stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and central air. Hoping for someone who would take over the lease till July 2026, but I am willing to do something shorter. . You would have to apply through the leasing agent's site and get approved before moving in. Rent is $925/mo and would need a security deposit ($1700), which includes wifii, water, and trash removal. Tenant is just responsible for electricity and there is free on-street parking available. The room shown would be unfurnished but if you wanted the desk, let me know as I will not be taking it.
