We completely renovated it about a year ago. It has hardwood floors throughout, 9 foot ceilings, a completely renovated kitchen with granite, backsplash and stainless steel appliances. We put a privacy fence in the backyard along with a pergola on a concrete pad so you can enjoy yourself in peace! The best thing about it though is the location. You can literally walk to uptown if you like and it is one block away from Camp North End. (ALSO PLEASE NOTE, that the picture of the front of the house is NOT the actual house as due to the file size I could not load it that picture. This is another house that I have where we used the same paint color and the same siding so they look very, very similar. I can text or email you a picture of the actual front of the house. My apologies for this ) As animal lovers we are pet friendly (we are assuming well behaved pets of course). The lease is for one year. Tenants are responsible for all utilities as well as lawn care. We are looking for tenants with good credit (ideally 650 and above) and good rental history. Application fee is $75 per person.
