The lower level includes a separate queen sleeping area connected to the playroom with a sofa that can sleep 2 additional guests. Perfect for families with kids looking for a warm, connected mountain retreat with shared spaces to gather, relax, and play together. The home also works well for larger adult groups who enjoy a cozy, communal atmosphere and don't mind a more open layout with less privacy. For guests seeking a more spacious and private experience, we recommend groups of 4 6 adults. Lease Duration: This property is available for one fixed-term lease only, from December 15 through January 15. The lease is approximately one month and is not currently being offered as a longer-term or renewable lease. Cleaning Service: A professional cleaning service is included once per week, every Monday morning, at no additional cost to the tenant. Tenants agree to provide reasonable access to the home for the scheduled cleaning service. Smoking: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Pets: No pets allowed. Parking: Parking is available on the property. Tenants and guests must park only in designated areas. Tenant Responsibilities: Tenants are responsible for keeping the home in good condition and promptly reporting any maintenance issues, leaks, damage, or other concerns.
