Termination & Notice Policy "Although the intended duration of this agreement is for one year (or the duration of the school year), either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing at least one full calendar month's written notice to the other party, should the arrangement prove not to be a suitable fit." 2. Utilities & Household Expenses "Hydro (electricity) and internet are included in the monthly rent.
