There is a community pool and playground for the kids to enjoy. Walking distance to Nichols Elementary and Cesar Chavez Middle School. Shopping is 1/2 mile away. Rent is $4350 a month and a $4350 security deposit. Tenant pays all utilities. Pets allowed with landlord approval. Pet deposit will be $800. Sorry but unfortunately we will not be considering co signers or multiple non family members on the lease. We have set individual credit score and an income eligibility standard in order to qualify as a potential tenant. Pets okay on approval from the landlord. Pet deposit is $800. No smoking inside the house. Yard is taken care of weekly by gardener.
