We have a deck, awning, shed, new gravel, new lattice, largest Septic and two full Ferril propane tanks too. We did A LOT of research regarding Park Models. Fairmont is a smaller company with a lot more quality (guts are much better). Our lot (not sure how familiar you are with the camp ground)....but we think it is located in the best part of the grounds....bathrooms just a hop away and we are on "high" ground and have had NO problems at all with water....Also small amt. of traffic. Mostly seasonal golf carts passing by....we brought in an extra layer of gravel, newly stained the deck and put new lattice up. The awning is great. With everything..., tables on deck along with chairs and nice chair pads we are listing it for 40,000 including everything mentioned above. We would be happy to show it...we are from Green Bay.
