    What's special

DUE TO FEBRUARY BEING THE 'SLOW MONTH' IM OFFERING HUGE DISCOUNT ON BROKERS FEE - LESS THEN ONE MONTH - WOW, THATS LOW. This apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Kitchen was completely renovated about 4 years ago. Location is so convenient - 9th St and 7th ave. Walk 20 SECONDS AND YOUR AT THE SUBWAY. That is a wonderful thing on a really cold or humid day. It's also a really comforting feeling when you get off train late nights and your building is right there on corner opposed to walking down quiet blocks. Doughnut Diner and Smiling Pizza is right there as well, making it even more safe, with all the people getting their late night meals. Love this location and you will too - IMO it's the best part of Park Slope - Prospect Park is 2 blocks away. Apartment is a floor through - entire floor is yours. Landlord is wonderful and the price for this beautiful apartment is very good. Kitchen and bathroom is very nice. Bedroom is perfect. See pics - living room is big with absolutely stunning crown moldings and alcove for office. View is awesome and stimuling - looking onto the corner of 9th street and 7th avenue. You also have Windows is the back of the apartment. Where it is nice and quiet. Available March 1 or March 15th. What works for you? I make things happen. Wide plank hardwood floors - beautiful newer kitchen with dishwasher. Location is amazing - 20 second walk to subway. Sorry, no pets. Brad Brown 917-324-0373 (RLNE2049571)
