I keep my place clean and tidy and I expect the same from tenants. From time to time, I will come to town and check on the property and I communicate this ahead of time with the tenant as well. Situated at the south end of Redstone subdivision right before Fox Willow subdivision. There is a wood burning fireplace in the house for the cooler months to enjoy (wood not provided). Short-term renters will pay a monthly rent and no additional fees (electric bill), long-term renter (6 month or more will need to sign up for with Rocky Mountain Power prior to moving in).
