Residents can enjoy our Commons Area for social gatherings, fitness equipment, participate in community garden and also an outdoor Tot Lot for our tiny residents. Unit square footage & rents: Two Bedroom 800 /$778 Main Street is an income restricted property; your annual income must not exceed a certain amount dependent upon your household size. The rent is prorated from the time you move in to the end of the month and security deposit is $300. A one year lease is required, it is NOT a contract that can be bought or sold.
