We require no down payment because the property is a work in progress and is being "sold" as is. The way our contract works is a we hold the lease for 5 years and then the purchaser is to refinance through any financial institution of their choosing for the remainder of the purchase price amount. A portion of each month's rent goes toward the loan payment as well as insurance and taxes on the property. We allow pets and there is no pet deposit. The tenant would be responsible for all utilities. We ask that while you're renting with us, you don't smoke inside of the house. The house has a driveway and off-street parking.
