From the private setting, you're just moments (50 yards) from Page Meadows, on of the best trails in Lake Tahoe for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross county skiing. In the summer, the property has access to the Tahoe Park Homeowners Association facility (picnic tables, piers, bocce courts, playground, etc.) near Sunnyside Restaurant. The property is conveniently accessible to 3 different downhill ski areas (Alpine Meadows, Palisades, and Homewood). All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. A five month ski lease will have 4 free housekeeping visits. Each visit is a total of two man hours of cleaning and will help keep the kitchen, bathrooms, and house maintained during the lease. $300 a month total for the fixed utilities. This $300 a month pays for the water, trash, cable tv, and high speed internet service. A five month lease would have a total of $1200.00 (4 x $300) for the fixed utilities. The gas and electric will be switched into the tenants name at the start of the lease. The bills will be sent directly to the tenant. Frozen pipes will be the responsibility of the tenants if the thermostat was left lower than 55 degrees or turned off. There will be a $200 service fee charged by Agate Bay Realty if utilities are not transferred into the tenants name when the lease takes effect. We will send multiple reminders. $800-$900 for snow removal (estimate; each driveway is different). Half the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival and the other half is due prior to move in.
