Please note I am only listing one room. I will be living in the other bedroom. This is a nice condo on the 7th floor of the building. It has a great view where you can see Georgetown/DC off in the distance. Neighborhood is nice and there are a few metro stations within biking distance (i.e. Ballston, Courthouse, Clarendon etc.) There will be parking available in the parking lot. They recently opened a community room in the condo, although I have not personally gone yet. All utilities will be included (including the internet). I am preferably looking for someone who is either in school or a working professional. Roommate will have to pay for a background check and pass the background check. No smoking is allowed in the unit and one parking spot will be available. No pets will be allowed. I also play video games quite often so any fellow gamers are welcome. Looking for roommates around my age (late 20s to mid 30s).
