There's a covered porch off the kitchen & an open deck below too, there's a boardwalk almost all the way down to the beach. The setting is perfect with trees shading but not blocking the AWESOME views.They're 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, a nice living area w/chair rail,an eat in kitchen w/an incredible view & all appliances stay including washer & dryer,furnishings stay too w/acceptable offer. There's a sprinkler system too & storage underneath too. You can walk all the way around the lake too!
