12-month minimum lease. Security deposit and first month's rent are due before move-in. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and maintaining the lawn and property in good condition. No smoking inside the home. Applicants are subject to a background, credit, income, and rental-history screening. Renters insurance is required for the duration of the lease. If rent remains unpaid for more than one full month after the due date, the tenant will have one additional month to bring the account current. Failure to do so may result in termination of the lease in accordance with the lease agreement and applicable Florida law.
