The 850 square feet apartment is perfect for a couple or small family. Small kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, stove and cooktop. The full-size washer and dryer is in an outdoor covered area and not shared by other occupants. Ceiling fans and a nice breeze keep the apartment comfortable most of the time, but a portable air conditioner is provided to ensure comfort year-round. Room to park two cars in driveway. This residence will be available on or before January 1st. All utilities are covered with the monthly rent with the exception of cable and internet. Pictures are shown prior to carpeting.
