The well pump is run by a brushless motor that can be powered by either batteries, generator or solar panels! The solar panels will be included in the sale! There is room for another water storage tank and/or wheelbarrows, tools, etc. The septic tank only needed minor repair and is permitted for a 3 bedroom house.
