Neighborhood Description Unlike other tract houses at the bottom of the hill, our house is one of 4 semi custom houses built around the same time on the top of the hill being served by private driveway. Each of the 4 houses house is significantly larger than those down the hill both for the house and the lot. The view is breathe taking and since next GGNRA land, it will never be further developed. Since there have been little movement with the custom houses over the year, it extremely difficult and unfair to compare to houses down the hill that they have no view and a lot smaller both in footage and lot size. Have to come to appreciate it!
