This is an nice cozy apt. in an older building that has been updated. There are hardwood floors in the living area and bedroom, tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The entry way opens into a small enclosed sun porch. The working kitchen has a an electric stove. regular size fridge and a nice big window. The living area has nice big windows also. Upstairs on the landing is a stackable washer and dryer.The upstairs bathroom is medium size. The bedroom is able to accommodate a queen sized bed. .Off street parking for 1 vehicle. Garbage is removed with no charge. The utilities are all electric with a budget of 130.00-140.00 a month. A young professional couple lives next door. The apt. is not totally sound proof. Music and voices can be heard faintly between the apts. Not bad but full disclosure is warranted. Broadway and the arts district are a quick walk west.
