Just outside the living room is a large patio that is fully furnished with an outdoor dining table for 8, a new Weber grill, a chaise lounge, and a pizza oven, plus the most incredible VIEWS! The linen window coverings throughout the home are custom. The home is equipped with a security system, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth music system, and a land-line telephone for local and emergency long-distance calls. The full-size washer and dryer is right off the kitchen and as quiet as silence! This home is very well-maintained, professionally cleaned and in like-new condition. Heated Pool Opens Memorial Day - Closes in October. The pool is private to the gated community guests and residents only. The community association now charges $10 per day for use of the pool.
