There's even a propane grill and a bike! Located near Westhampton Beach with access to Main Street, the Beach, and a tapestry of charming towns, farms, vineyards and nature preserves. This is a winter rental, beginning September 1st through April 30th. A shorter or longer term may be possible. There is a strict no smoking of any kind policy. For short term rentals, there is a $150 cleaning fee; for longer term, there is a one-time charge of $300 to have the suite cleaned. Regular garbage is picked up twice a week. Anything larger than can fit in the can must be arranged for with the carting company. There is additional storage available in the basement, if needed.
