Must pay for electricity, WiFi and heating Available Maybe Mid August or September 1 5 min walk to Malden Center T stop, walking distance to grocery stores, downtown Malden, restaurants, post office, YMCA, etc. About 20-25 min to get to downtown Boston by T. Private parking spot available at no additional cost and free private in-unit laundry! The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. The bedroom can be furnished with a desk, drawer, bed, bedframe, computer monitors at a reasonable cost. No smoking, kids or pets please. About the roommate that is there right now. He's a professional in mid 20's, enjoy cooking/baking, volleyball, board games, and game casually. DM me for more info! You will take over my current lease that will end around May or April.
