Apartment is on a 9/1 lease cycle. You would be subletting until then, after which it should be available to rent directly from our landlord, who has been really great to work with + responsive. We've loved it here and you will too! Move-in date a little negotiable in either direction. To be clear, the apt will not be furnished, the furnished pics are just examples from its prior listings. This is a summer sublet for the apartment! We are leasing the property from the owner and you will be subleasing it from us for May through August.
