Looking for sublets for 2 separate rooms in the apartment on 44 South Union. This is a very nice 5 bedroom apartment with currently 5 UVM students living in it. Due to study abroad plans for spring (2016) and are looking to fill our rooms! We have 2 different rooms available, both with different perks. Either looking for a group of 2 to fill the rooms (if you and friends are looking) or you can just take one of the rooms! Rent for one room is $750/month with heat and water included. We additionally pay for trash, wifi, and electric which is a nominal additional fee. Rooms are available furnished or not furnished, depending on the needs of the subletter. The rooms are very large, we have a porch, kitchen, large upstairs living room with hardwood floors. The location is a block from rite aid and city market, as well as only a 10 minute walk to UVM campus and 10 minute walk to champlain.
