We have a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in law suite available for rent. The Unit is attached to our home with a private entrance for plenty of privacy. The unit has a 20,000 BTU mini split to keep the space warm in winter and cool in the summer. Tenant would also have access to our hot tub in the back yard The rent includes all utilities electricity, internet, trash all of the above. The only payment for the tenant would be rent. We are located about 10 min to Schenectady and 25 min to Saratoga Springs and 15 min to Clifton park there are numerous grocery stores parks and gyms within 2 miles of the home. The house is on a quiet street lined with large trees in a nice neighborhood. We are looking for some one who doesn't smoke. First month rent and security deposit would be due at signing and this would be a month to month lease with 30 day notice for move out (60 day preferred 30 minimum) Washer and dryer are in shared mudroom Tenant will also have basement access if needed for extra storage Currently furnished with bed mattress furniture and tables. We can remove all furniture at the request of prospective tenant Renter only pays rent. Rent includes all utilities. Electric, Internet, trash, all the above there is no connection for cable tv but streaming is an option
