A large laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are located next to the kitchen and dining areas, as well as a bath. Heading to the 2nd floor, you will find 3 comfortable bed rooms. The master boasts a beautiful king bed with an easy chair, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and a 50' wall-mounted Smart TV. The en-suite bath offers double sinks, a large soaking bathtub, stand-up shower, and large closet. The 'Queen's Room' has a more traditional feel, with a comfortable quilted queen-size bed, 40' flat screen TV, bedside tables, side chair, chest of drawers, and closet. The 'Twin Room' has more of a beach theme, with 2 twin beds, a large chest of drawers, 'pouf' seating, a 32' flat screen TV/DVD combination, and closet. The 'Queen's Room' and the 'Twin Room' share a well-appointed bathroom with bathtub/shower. Up on the third floor, you will find another large King-bed bedroom with walking in closet and comfortable decor. There is an addition twin bedroom with 2 twin beds. The third floor area share a wonderfully modern bathroom with large seemless-glass shower. Our outdoor areas include a huge front porch & upstairs balcony with a variety of seating, and a back deck with seating/dining & grill. There is also plenty of front and back yard space for the little ones to run off some energy, while the adults BBQ on the propane grill. There are many a bad-mitten tournaments to be had... There is WiFi connection to keep informed and connected if unplugging is not your thing... All TVs in the home (4) are flat screen, and some are wall-mounted, and have cable connections with a large variety of HD channels (including ESPN). All in all, the 2800 square-feet of luxury beach living is a perfect complement to the adventure and down home feel of Florida's Emerald Coast. Located just 2 blocks east of 395 and 1 block north of 30A, the house is just outside of the hustle and bustle of Seaside (less than 1 mile), and within a short walk to beach (244 steps from driveway to beach access stairs), restaurants, bars, shopping. Owner pays all utilities except power
