Upstairs has master bedroom (queen bed) with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet plus a second bathroom and two small bedrooms (twin bunkbed, platform twin). Finished basement with washer/dryer. Potential office space in basement and garage parking - both dependent on amount of furniture storage requested by renter. Home is currently fully furnished; can remove some furnishings as requested by renter. Six months minimum; 9 month maximum (owners returning ~June 10). Deposit + first and last month's rent. Pets are NEGOTIABLE depending on the pet and with extra $500 pet deposit. Absolutely no smoking on property. Rent includes most utilities: high-speed internet; trash + recycling; and water + gas + electric up to $150/mo (our monthly avg. is $120/mo; renter to pay additional water + gas + electric in excess of $150/mo).
